Stripe IntegrationAvailable

Ship it, invoice it — without leaving Tracktile.

From shipment to paid invoice in seconds.

Tracktile's built-in Stripe integration lets you invoice customers and collect payments directly from shipments. Line items, quantities, prices, and taxes are already there — no re-typing, no switching apps.

The Problem

The Cost of Disconnected Systems

If you're re-typing shipment data into a separate invoicing tool or manually tracking which invoices are paid, you're not alone. Most growing food manufacturers lose hours every week bridging production data with billing — and the errors add up. Tracktile eliminates that gap.

Payment Sync

From Shipment to Paid Invoice, On Your Terms

Every shipment gets an Invoices tab. Review the auto-populated invoice, choose how to collect, and you're done — all without leaving the shipment screen.

Auto-populate invoices from shipments

Line items, quantities, prices, taxes, and discounts pull directly from shipment data — zero manual entry.

Two ways to collect payment

Send a hosted invoice via email for net-terms customers, or charge a stored card on file instantly for pay-now customers.

Multi-brand payment routing

Each company profile or brand links to its own Stripe account. Payments route to the right account automatically.

Full invoice lifecycle tracking

Track status from Draft → Open → Paid directly in Tracktile, synced from Stripe. Void or cancel and re-issue as needed.

Tax rate sync

Tax rates are pulled from your Tracktile settings and applied to Stripe invoices automatically. Missing rates are created on the fly.

Granular permissions

Control who can configure Stripe accounts, view invoices, and send invoices or charge cards — separately.

Payment Options

Two Ways to Get Paid

Send Invoice

Email the customer a Stripe-hosted payment page. They pay at their convenience via bank transfer, card, or other methods.

Ideal for net-terms accounts

Charge Directly

Charge a stored card on file immediately. No email, no waiting — payment collected the moment the shipment is finalized.

Ideal for pay-on-delivery customers
Why It Matters

Why This Integration Changes Your Workflow

Get paid faster

Send an invoice the moment a shipment is finalized. No waiting to re-enter data somewhere else.

Eliminate double-entry

Invoice amounts pull directly from production records. What shipped is what gets billed.

One workflow, two options

Some customers pay on net terms. Others pay immediately. Handle both without changing your process.

How It Works

From Shipment to Paid Invoice in Seconds

Review the auto-populated invoice, choose your collection method, and Stripe handles the rest.

  1. 1

    Connect Stripe

One-time OAuth setup via Settings → Integrations. Link each brand to its own Stripe account if needed.

  2. 2

    Open a shipment

Go to the Invoices tab to see the auto-populated invoice preview with line items, taxes, and totals.

  3. 3

    Choose how to collect

Click "Send Invoice" to email a Stripe-hosted payment link, or "Charge Directly" to charge a card on file.

  4. 4

    Track payment

Invoice status (Draft, Open, Paid) syncs from Stripe and appears directly in Tracktile.
