Your production data, one click to your books.
No CSV exports. No manual re-entry. No surprises.
Connect Tracktile with QuickBooks Online to eliminate double data entry. Send purchase orders as bills and shipments as invoices directly to QuickBooks.
The Cost of Disconnected Systems
If you're exporting CSVs, re-typing shipment details, or manually creating bills in QuickBooks, you're not alone. Most growing food manufacturers lose hours every week reconciling production data with accounting — and the errors add up. Tracktile eliminates that gap.
Send Production Data to QuickBooks, On Your Terms
Eliminate double data entry while maintaining full oversight. Nothing posts automatically — you review and confirm before anything hits QuickBooks.
Create bills from purchase orders
Open a PO, review the preview, and click once to create a Bill in QuickBooks — supplier, line items, amounts, and charges all included.
Create invoices from shipments
Open a shipment, review line items and tax calculations, and send the Invoice to QuickBooks instantly.
Sync customers & suppliers
Import contacts from QuickBooks into Tracktile. Intelligent matching by name and email prevents duplicates.
Import tax rates
Pull tax codes from QuickBooks so invoice calculations match exactly. Imported rates appear in Facility Settings with a QuickBooks badge.

Why This Integration Changes Your Workflow
Save hours every week
Stop re-typing invoices and re-creating bills. Your accounting reflects production automatically.
Reduce costly errors
Preview before syncing catches mistakes before they reach QuickBooks. Line items pull directly from your shipment, not from memory.
Stay in control
Transactions sync when you click — not automatically. Synced, Outdated, and Not Synced status badges show exactly where every record stands.

Frequently Asked Questions
Most teams are connected in under 5 minutes using QuickBooks' OAuth flow. No developer needed.
No — and that's intentional. You review each record and click to sync. Nothing posts to QuickBooks without your confirmation.
Not Synced means the record hasn't been sent yet. Synced means it's live in QuickBooks. Outdated means changes were made after syncing — click Update to push the latest version.
Yes. Tracktile connects via QuickBooks' official OAuth integration. We never store your credentials. Access can also be controlled per user with separate permissions for configuring the integration, emitting bills, and emitting invoices.
For bills: supplier, PO ID, dates, currency, line items, charges, and a link back to Tracktile in the memo field. For invoices: customer, shipment ID, dates, currency, line items with quantities and rates, charges, discounts, and tax calculations.
